Which meeting platforms does Ermes support?
Notetaker currently supports Google Meet. You can paste a Meet link directly or use a meeting link from your connected calendar.
Does Ermes join as a participant?
Yes. Notetaker appears as a visible participant in the meeting. Depending on your meeting settings, the host may need to admit it. Let your participants know that the meeting will be transcribed.
Can it join meetings automatically?
Yes. Once your calendar is connected and you enable auto-join, Ermes can join calendar meetings that include a Google Meet link. You can also schedule an individual meeting or ask it to join immediately.
Where do my meeting notes go?
After the meeting, the notes are delivered as a PDF to your connected Telegram. The example on this page is illustrative; the content of your notes depends on your conversation.
Can I start using it today?
Access is currently limited. Request access by email and tell us how you would use Notetaker. Creating a general Ermes account does not automatically enable this feature.
