It helps you find messages that need attention, understand the context of a thread, and prepare reply drafts. Start with a request such as “Which emails need my reply today?”
What do I need to connect?
Your own Gmail account with read access. Creating drafts in Gmail also requires compose permission. You can review your Google connections in the Connectors section of your Ermes dashboard.
Will Ermes send emails for me?
In this workflow, Ermes prepares drafts for you to review. You make any final changes and send them yourself in Gmail.
Does Inbox Zero delete or archive my messages?
No. This workflow focuses on understanding your inbox and drafting replies. It does not automatically delete messages, archive threads, or make bulk changes.
Can I change the tone of a draft?
Yes. Ask Ermes to make it shorter, warmer, more formal, or closer to an example you share. Review the result before sending, especially names, dates, and commitments.
