1 · Who you're dealing with
AgentHut is a product of AgentHut Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation. In the rest of this page, “we” or “AgentHut” means that company.
2 · Your account
To use AgentHut you need an account. Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens through your account; if something looks wrong, write to us and we'll help.
3 · What your agent is
Your agent is a piece of software that runs on a server we set up in your name. It uses model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, Gemini, or your own keys) to answer you. It does what you ask, with the permissions you grant. It can be wrong. Don't use it for anything where being wrong would be catastrophic (life-or-death medical decisions, legal advice you can't double-check, irreversible financial moves) without verifying.
4 · How not to use it
Don't use AgentHut to do things that are illegal where you live or where the server is, to harm other people, to break into systems you don't own, to send spam or scams, or to generate content that exploits children. We'll suspend accounts that do these things and we'll cooperate with law enforcement when asked.
5 · Billing & cancellation
During the private beta, AgentHut is free for invited users. When paid plans launch, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you pick (monthly or yearly). You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. We don't refund unused time — if you cancel mid-period, you still have your agent until the period ends.
6 · Data & privacy
How we handle your data is the Privacy page. The short version: conversations and memory live on your server, not ours. We use a small number of sub-processors to run the platform, listed plainly. You can export everything as JSON or delete it in one click.
7 · What belongs to whom
Your stuff — your prompts, your agent's memory, the content your agent produces for you — is yours. We don't train models on it. Our stuff — the AgentHut platform, our brand, our documentation — stays ours. We grant you a normal, non-transferable right to use the platform while your account is active.
8 · Changes to the service
We'll keep adding things and fixing things. If we make a material change that affects how the product works for you (pricing, sub-processors, security commitments), we'll email you with at least 30 days notice so you can react.
9 · Warranty & liability
We work hard to keep AgentHut up, secure, and useful, but we can't promise it will be perfect. The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for anything related to AgentHut is capped at twelve months of fees you actually paid us (or, during free beta, at one hundred euros). Statutory consumer rights that can't be limited stay intact.
10 · Ending things
You can leave whenever you want. We'll wipe the server within 7 days. If you break the rules in §4, we can suspend or close your account; we'll explain what happened and, where reasonable, give you a chance to fix it first.
11 · Governing law
The laws of the State of Delaware (USA) govern these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If we ever end up in court about something neither of us could resolve any other way, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your mandatory consumer-protection rights at home — these terms don't override those.
12 · Contact
Write to us at [email protected] or use the form on the contact page. A human reads it.
